There are many reasons why you may not have been able to book your timeslot for Stay and Study/Browse and Borrow:

  • You may have reached your maximum number of bookings for the week (see Study Spaces Guide/Browse and Borrow Guide for booking limits across our services)
  • There may not be a space available at the time, date and location you have requested
  • If you already have another booking at the same time, you won’t be able to book any other timeslots during this period


You can review your confirmed bookings for the week in the ‘My Bookings’ section on the Space Bookings system – please check all the points above before trying to book again
