Due to Alma’s integration with Discover, EndNote, and ProQuest, there will be better access to the materials and resources you may need during your studies.

Discover gives access a greater range of research sources. Discover also allows you to see live information on books in the library and their current availability with the advanced search making it easier than ever to locate resources by location, source type, query words, phrases, author, publication date and language.

So long as there are no reservations made on them, books that are borrowed will renew automatically every three weeks for 12 months (6 months for college items).  When a book is reserved by another user, the automatic renewal on the item will be stopped which means books will be more readily accessible for all users.

You will only be charged if you keep an item that has been reserved by another reader.

Accessing your library account is done through Discover via the ‘My Library Card’ link in the drop-down menu. This allows you to view your current loans, due dates, and any library charges incurred.
