Our standard offer is a table, tablecloth, and two chairs. We ask that you book for a single date only.
By submitting this form you agree that:
- You have read and will follow the risk assessment in the Links & Files section below.
- You will be responsible for putting up, taking down and replenishing your own information stand, and will provide contact details of a responsible person.
- You must ensure that your information stand is tidy/presentable at all times.
- Library and Collections cannot take responsibility for any display items or personal belongings left in the library.
- Library and Collections are unable to host information stand for political activity, recruitment, sales of tickets or any products, nor will any activities be allowed that could be considered political, personal, abusive, harassing, unlawful, discriminatory, libellous, false, or obscene.
- Library and Collections cannot guarantee that we can accommodate your information stand on your preferred day and may suggest alternative dates.
